This 25’ fifth wheel camper fits the rugged outdoorsman and prissy little city girl all the same! It truly is a one size fits all! It has a brand new full sized mattress in the master suite, and pull out couch, and the table folds into another (most ideal for kids, but an adult will also fit). All equipped with comfortable bedding. The kitchen is fully equipt with a gas stove & oven, full functioning fridge and freezer, and sink. There is pots, pans, and silverware stocked, please let us know if you need anything specific for your gourmet style cooking choices. The trailer has 120 volt and 12 volt options for power. There is a shower/tub, but only a 5 gallon water heater, so you’d better be quick ;) Options for use: 1-Camp just outside our house with full use of internet, ample parking, and be close to all the services/restaurants the Delta provides. 2-We can deliver the trailer to your local camping spot (up to 25 miles from Delta). The trailer has a solar panel for basic power, but you’ll have to provide your own generator for 120v. We have ATV’s for adults and kids for rent as well, message me for details. We also have a boat, and for a fee can teach you how to water ski, towable tubes, or just take a tour of one of the two reservoirs in the area. Fine print: For option 2, a $50 delivery fee for moving and setting up trailer off site within 5 miles of Delta city. $100 delivery fee for 6-25 miles. Pets are welcome for a $20 pet fee. If you are staying at our location, we have an outside kennel and there is no pet fee if you would like to use it. We have fallen in love with Yuba Lake! Most of time we literally have the lake to ourselves!! We enjoy boating-especially surfing and tubing. How great to be able to enjoy the lake, pull up to your dock, go inside your Lake House for lunch and back onto the lake. A change in the weather? No problem. Enjoy the Lake House till the weather improves. (again Yuba Lake is a reservoir and so lake levels fluctuate dramatically. There can be times when the dock/lake are not available at the house) The amphitheater and fire pit make for memorable evenings. We anticipated enjoying boating on the lake but were surprised by how we also have enjoyed WINTER! We were able to clear off a little snow on the lake and soon we had an ICE SKATING rink. The kids (and adults) loved to skate. We were also able to enjoy riding bikes on the lake. Ice fishing is next! The great thing is when anyone was cold or tired they can be inside in just a minute. With the amazing views from the windows, those inside could also enjoy watching all the fun. We were also surprised by how many birds fly by! We enjoy watching them but apparently, our property is some of the best bird hunting areas in the region.

The swamp cooler does an excellent job. We do accept larger groups up to 12-14 with the understanding that you supply the sleeping bags, air mattresses and tents needed for more than 10 guests. The yard accommodates 6 man tents as it is narrow. The entire fridge and freezer are for your use. It is a side by side counter depth fridge with plenty of room for a several day adventure. This amazing 1920s cottage has been completely redone. New landscaping and a huge patio make the outdoor space beautiful. This cottage is in a fantastic location, close to ATV trails, mountain biking, paved bike path and fishing. It is easy to get to and from I-70. It is a perfect location for a family vacation to Richfield and Sevier County. It is a family friendly and pet friendly home. The Space: The home is a two bed/one bath cottage in a rural residential neighborhood. The house has been completely renovated inside including new furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing family meals. The rooms are furnished with hotel quality beds, dressers and chairs. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, soap and plenty of towels. It is set up to be a comfortable home base for attending events or a exploring all of the great outdoor activities in the area. There is a large patio area with a grill and table with seating for 6. The parking area is graveled and large enough for ATV trailers. If it is in the home, it is for your use. We have tried to include everything we expect and enjoy in a vacation home. Bedrooms- Extra blankets and pillows are in each dresser. Hangers are available in the closets. A pack n play is stored in the middle bedroom closet. Kitchen- There is everything you will need to prepare family meals. You will find a slow cooker, pots and pans, bakeware, utensils and serving ware for 6 people. In the cupboard you will find basic cooking herbs and spices, oil, flour and sugar. A starter amount of coffee, tea and hot chocolate are also provided. Laundry Room- A washer and dryer are provided. Detergent and dryer sheets are on the shelf. There is an iron and an ironing board in the laundry room also. TV room- The TV room is furnished with a large flat screen TV, basic cable, wifi, books and games. Outside- There is a large patio with a grill for your cookouts in the evening. There is a large gravel parking area. Outside spaces- The lawn is being replanted and will be blocked off until it is established. There is a large outdoor space around the home that is not planted ( yet). There is also a large graveled parking area. General location- This cottage is truly in rural Utah. That means that there are farm animals around. You can hear the cows nearby . The neighbor has a large flock of domestic geese. An irrigation canal runs beside the road. There are no street lights and it is pretty quiet here at night and dark. We hope everyone that chooses to stay here is seeking a quiet time away from city noise and crowds. All services, shopping, and larger civilization can be found in Richfield, about 10 miles away.
